Yes, the SQL upgrade was been postponed and will be done early September instead, after the Apocrypha 1.5 deployment, but we have not postponed Apocrypha 1.5. We only pushed the SQL upgrade back until after the Apocrypha 1.5 deployment.
In fact Apocrypha 1.5 is only delayed two days from our original plans and should still happen in mid-August. Expect a news item after the weekend with the exact date as well as the release notes.
